Este paraje de 20 hect\u00e1reas atesora m\u00e1s de 800 especies bot\u00e1nicas de alrededor del mundo y una veintena de esculturas de reconocidos artistas. Los jardines son el escenario de uno de los festivales de m\u00fasica m\u00e1s prestigiosos que se hacen en verano, el<strong>\u00a0Festival de Cap Roig<\/strong>.\u00a0<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>La historia de este espacio se remonta en el 1927, cuando el coronel ruso Nicolai Woevodsky y la arist\u00f3crata inglesa Dorothy Webster buscaron en la Costa Brava un lugar para vivir y construir su sue\u00f1o. Su ideario contin\u00faa vigente todav\u00eda, gracias al relevo asumido por la Fundaci\u00f3n \u201cLa Caixa\u201d.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>El castillo de Cap Roig cuenta con un auditorio sepultado y salas de reuniones para organizar actividades de reflexi\u00f3n.
